The DES Difference: Trash Bash 2011!

Several members of the DES Corporate Team, recently volunteered to help the City of Des Moines with their annual Earth Day Trash Bash - this year the Trash Bash got postponed due to some cold and rainy weather, but the rescheduled day turned out to be perfect weather to help clean up the streets, city parks and commonly used public areas around Iowa's capitol city of Des Moines.

DES has given us the flexibility to expand and contract our workforce, depending on work load, but more importantly, they have given us the opportunity to do on the job interviewing for full time permanent positions. We have used their temporary to full time hire service to reduce our risk of excessive company employee turnover by letting the employee get to know our company and the job, and letting us get to know the employee and see if it's a good match for both.
