Indianapolis Fruit and DES
Indianapolis Fruit was founded in 1947 and started much the same way the DES Franchisee in Indianapolis did. It's really no wonder why they work great as a team. Karen McFarland moved to Indiana in February 2006 to open her own staffing agency. Much like Indianapolis Fruit she was locally owned and operated, and ran on the same basic principles her client did over 60 years ago - to make a distinguishing difference between themselves and their competition. So what makes these two businesses stand out from the competition? Well, its simple, they tell the customer what they offer, and they follow through with their promise. Believe it or not, this makes them both very unique in their respective industries. There are a number of competitors in both the produce and staffing industries, so it’s vital to DES and Indianapolis Fruit to give a “whatever it takes attitude” 100% of the time. This dedication, coupled with their expertise in each of their industries serves as very good reason to choose them from the competition. Karen began working with the Garden Cut Division of Indianapolis Fruit shortly after opening her doors in 2006, they were one of her very first customers, starting with a “trial” order. Today Karen couldn’t be more proud to say she is still working with them as one of her top clients; while gaining the business of an Indy Fruit sister company called Tomato Land’s Best along the way. The mutual working relationship is something not only Karen McFarland strives for, but something DES Staffing strives for.
